Wedding Photography at Glenbervie House Hotel - Elaine & Mark's Wedding

Elaine & Mark got married at Glenbervie House Hotel near Larbert, Stirlingshire. Luckily it stayed dry and our lovely Bride & Groom braved the cold allowing us to get these beautiful pictures.

Elaine looked stunning in her veil.
Saw the statue and thought  "we just have to!"

Elaine & Mark in the grounds of Glenbervie.  The daffodils add a splash of colour.

We love to use the doorway at Glenbervie for some of our more dramatic images.

A lovely natural walking shot with the avenue of trees either side framing Elaine & Mark perfectly.

Just a lovely shot of our happy couple!

Hopetoun House Wedding Photography - Emma & Barry's Wedding

Here's some shots form Emma and Barry's Wedding at Dalmeny Church and Hopetoun House in South Queensferry. Despite a bit of rain we captured stunning images from their big day. These are just some of the beautiful images they had to look forward to when they returned from their honeymoon to the Maldives.

Emma left for the church from her parent's house where this image was taken

The guests lines the church pathway after the ceremony and threw confetti as the Bride and Groom left the church.

The ceremony took place at St Peters in Partick and the reception was held at the beautiful Cameron House on the bonnie banks of loch Lomond. Wedding Photography at Kinblethmont House, Arbroath, Angus - Claire & Grant's Wedding

We had a fantastic day with Grant & Claire at Kinblethmont House near Arbroath in Angus.  We set off nice and early so we could spend some time walking around the house and grounds to check out the venue before the wedding.  That way we had all our locations sussed out and knew exactly where we wanted to take all the various shots we had planned for the day.  After about 3 hours drive we arrived at the house and loved it the moment we saw it, no wonder Claire & Grant chose it. Surrounded by woodland, it was secluded, intimate and perfect for a wedding. The weather was great, a little chilly but dry and sunny. Grant & Claire wanted to give us a little extra time and head down to Lunan beach for a few shots, it was so worth it!! Here are a few of our shots taken on the day.

Claire has a beautiful classic look and we love this head shot of her taken before the ceremony

Claire's room where she got dressed was lovely with it's warm tones and bay windows creating lots of soft light

The Drawing Room at Kinblethmonmt with it's Grand Piano made a beautiful backdrop for some intimate, creative shots of Claire & Grant

Another stunning shot in the Drawing Room showing off the Chandelier and Bay Window.

These last three shots were taken at Lunan Bay which was great with colour of the dunes against the blue sky.

Dryburgh Abbey Wedding Photography Scottish Borders - Mark & Mirron

Mark & Mirron got married at the beautiful Dryburgh Abbey in the Scottish Borders.  They wanted to spend as much time with their guests as possible so we agreed to photograph the Bride & Groom an hour or so before the ceremony to allow them that important time.

FUN FUN FUN was the order of the day, Mirron had some amazing wellies covered with strawberries which they wanted featured in their wedding photography and we were happy to oblige.  The whole day was totally relaxed and informal with a definite party atmosphere.

Mirron is Dutch and had many family members travelling to Scotland for the wedding so our couple arranged for them all to have Scottish dancing lessons before dinner to prepare them for the Ceilidh in the evening.  Most of them picked it up pretty quickly and after a few false starts and tangled arms and legs they were all doing a decent "Gay Gordons" !

Here are just some of the great images we captured on the day.

An emotional start to the ceremony in the chapel at Dryburgh Abbey

A well deserved round of applause after the Registrar performed a reading in Dutch for Mirron's family & friends.

We loved this detailed shot showing off Mirron's Bouquet and Mark's Kilt.

 The famous strawberry wellies!

Mark & Best Man, brother David in their Kilts

 A cheeky kiss!

Some of the guests enjoying watching the photography

A lovely natural shot of Mark & Mirron enroute to the next location during the shoot

We love this slightly quirky shot just focusing on the detail of Mirron's Wedding Dress and Mark's Kilt & Sporran

Another chance to show off those wellies while creating a more creative "different" kind of shot

The dance lessons!

Our Bride & Groom showing everyone how it's done!
