Aberdeen Wedding Photography - Andy & Jen's Wedding at Drum Castle

Andy & Jen's Wedding took place on 16th April 2011. Jen got ready at

Meldrum House Country Hotel where their reception was also held.

The wedding ceremony itself was at the stunning Drum Castle about 45 minutes away. The castle and grounds were perfect for the pictures as was Meldrum House so we were spoilt for choice!

The weather started out a bit wet but by the time Jen arrived at the Castle in her classic white wedding car, the rain had cleared and were able to create a beautiful collection of images in lovely soft light.

The daffodils were in full bloom as Jen arrived at Drum castle

The winding pathways in the grounds of the Castle provided a lovely backdrop

Jen & her Bridesmaids demonstated that it is possible to walk accross the grass in extremely high heels!

The beautiful frontage of Drum Castle

The staircase at Drum castle was perfect for showing off the detail in the back of Jen's dress.

Pretty in Pink! This pink archway at Meldrum House was just begging to be photographed!

The happy couple as they took to the floor for a beautifully choreographed first dance

Parris Photography Seminar in Lancaster

We were invited down to Lancaster recently to give a seminar about running our successful Wedding & Portrait Business.

During the day we took the delegates to the beautiful setting of Lancaster Priory to demonstate simple, elegant posing and shooting with strong sunlight which can be difficult and disatrous if not handled properly.

We were made to feel very welcome by all delegates and the organising committee and our thanks go to them for a great day!

Winter Wedding at Dalhousie Castle

Marc & Marie's Wedding took place at Dalhousie Castle .

The castle looked stunning in a blanket of snow and our Bride & Groom were certainly up for a trek through the 6 inches of snow to get their amazing images.

Marc & Marie's day was full of fun with Marie pulling on her snow boots and Marc getting bombarded with snowballs, a great time was had by all!

We have selected a few of our favourite shots, we hope you like them!
